Job summary

M Booth & Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate two core capabilities: Innovation Tech/GEO and Social CoE. You’ll tailor Monday.com workflows, manage intake channels, and act as the main contact for new projects to prevent chaos and protect capacity.

Working with leadership, you will refine processes, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with developers and creative leads. Remote/hybrid setup with NYC presence is offered.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of progressive project management within a fast-paced creative/PR/digital marketing agency.
Experience customizing, refining, and scaling project management platforms and intake workflows in agency settings.
Proven ability to work with developers, technical leads, and creative engineers.
Enthusiasm for AI tools and platform integrations to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

Customize and edit Monday.com workflows, boards and automation recipes to support Innovation Tech/GEO and Social CoE teams.
Refine intake forms and SOPs to ensure proper scoping and routing of requests.
Gatekeep and triage intake, prioritize requests and protect specialist bandwidth.
Allocate work to developers, AI leads, and social strategists based on capacity.
Log, schedule and track projects from briefing to delivery; report status and risks.
