Job summary

Apex Leaders, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and execute the evolution of a private equity engagement platform. This remote/hybrid role reports to executive leadership and focuses on delivering AI-assisted workstreams and trusted, scalable product capabilities.

You will translate business problems into technical requirements, manage the product lifecycle with engineers and vendors, and ensure privacy, provenance, and user trust in high-stakes PE workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, Private Equity, M&A, or complex enterprise workflow tools.
• Translator Mindset: bridging non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams to refine ideas into requirements.
• Hands-On AI/LLM: shipping AI-integrated products with trust, hallucination mitigation and source attribution.
• User-Centric Discovery: interview high-value users, extract pain points, validate prototypes before coding.
• Strong Technical Execution: comfortable with databases, API integrations, and third-party dev vendors.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal business leads to articulate pain points, refine logic, and scope AI agent functionality.
• Translate requirements into clear, developer-ready specs and user stories.
• Own the product lifecycle: maintain backlog and lead sprint planning with internal and external teams.
• Design for high-stakes B2B users: ensure data privacy, source attribution, and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, UI/UX designers, and vendors for a predictable release cadence.
