Apex Leaders is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the AI-powered Private Equity Engagement Platform. Remote options from approved states or hybrid at Boise HQ provide flexibility for a fast-paced, results-driven team.

You will translate strategic goals into concrete product requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with executive leadership, design, and development partners to deliver high-impact features with security and trust at the core.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with enterprise workflow exposure.
Experience shipping AI-integrated products with trust and data attribution considerations.
Ability to interview high-value users and translate insights into prototypes and requirements.

Responsibilities

Interface with agent owners to articulate pain points and scope AI agent functionality.
Translate business needs into developer-ready specs, user stories, and technical requirements.
Maintain a prioritized backlog and lead sprint planning with internal and external teams.
Design for high-stakes users with emphasis on data privacy and human-in-the-loop UI.
Collaborate with executive leadership, UI/UX designers, and dev vendors to sustain release cadence.
