Job summary

Félix is building a universal financial platform in the US for cross-border remittance and beyond. We seek a senior product leader to own the orchestration layer that powers end-to-end remittance workflows and future products built on this layer.

You will define platform primitives, drive an ambitious roadmap, and partner with operations, compliance, and finance to ensure reliability and scale. A strong product and technical mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with platform ownership for internal or external customers.
• Strong grounding in distributed-systems concepts and failure modes of long-running workflows.
• Payments, remittance, banking or transaction-processing experience; familiarity with settlement and reconciliation.
• Exceptional written communication; specs and contracts will guide cross-team work.
• Direct comfort with data: querying dashboards and investigating anomalies.
• Track record of saying No to powerful internal stakeholders when necessary.
• Equivalent competencies in related areas will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Define platform scope, boundaries, guarantees, and non-goals.
• Own sequencing and migration path for multiple products using the platform.
• Define contracts, workflow interfaces, idempotency, retries, timeouts, and visibility.
