Job summary

Félix is building a leading payments platform to move money across multiple rails with real-time capabilities. We seek a hands-on Product Manager who will own orchestration, partners, and optimization of authorization, routing, and settlement in a high-growth fintech environment.

You will work closely with engineering, finance, and operations to scale the payments ecosystem, improve conversion, and reduce costs while delivering a white-glove financial experience for immigrant communities in the

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with a payments focus.
• Strong technical fluency with API-based payments solutions and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to own metrics: authorization, conversion, GMV.
• Excellent stakeholder management with finance, fraud, and exec teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the payments roadmap across processors and banking partners.
• Own and evolve the in-house payment orchestrator and rules engine.
• Analyze payment data; run SQL queries to validate hypotheses and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to expand methods and rails (cards, wallets, ACH, crypto).
