Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US, offering remittances, crypto rails, and wallet services with a mission-driven approach. We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead the orchestration platform that powers end-to-end remittance transactions and future products on this core layer.

You will shape platform strategy, contracts, and roadmaps, partnering with engineering, compliance and operations to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and meaningful value to users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with platform ownership experience.
• Strong distributed-systems knowledge for long-running workflows.
• Payments/remittance/ledger experience with compliance awareness.
• Exceptional written communication; specs will guide others.
• Direct comfort with data: querying and dashboards.
• Track record of saying No to stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Define the orchestration platform boundaries, primitives and non-goals.
• Own sequencing and changes for a second product onboard and evolve the platform.
• Define contracts, interfaces, idempotency, retries and observability.
• Run the platform team's roadmap balancing reliability and investment.
• Represent the platform to operations, compliance and finance.
