Job summary

Maximus in the United States is seeking a senior leader to own the engineering vision for enterprise platforms, CRM/ERP integrations, and platform operations across contracts and programs. You will drive DevSecOps, modernization, governance, and risk management, coordinating with customers and program managers.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise software, strong leadership, and experience with Salesforce/Deltek Costpoint, APIs, security, and delivery assurance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall technical authority for the contract or program, responsible for the integrity, feasibility, and quality of all engineering solutions.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs, performance objectives, and compliance standards.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle.
• Act as the senior technical interface with Program customers, supporting design reviews and executive briefings.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
