Job summary

Maximus seeks a seasoned technology leader to own the program's engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery across CRM, ERP, and platform services. You will guide enterprise applications, drive modernization, and ensure security, compliance, and operational health.

You will manage multi-team delivery, partner with business and technology leaders, and oversee budgets, talent, and vendor relationships while advancing reuse and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's engineering lifecycle across CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, and DevSecOps.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of technical environments.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
