Lumen is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning and execution for Custom Network migration programs. You will collaborate across Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Operations to balance customer commitments with business priorities in a fully remote US role.

Responsibilities include developing migration plans, managing risks, and coordinating with vendors and customer-facing teams to ensure on-time delivery and successful migrations, with opportunities for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting telecommunications, network migration, infrastructure, or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of network planning, implementation, and operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain migration plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities supporting network migration delivery.
• Identify dependencies, constraints, and readiness requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain migration trackers, metrics, and status reporting.
