Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for physicians and providers across assigned markets. The role requires developing relationships with Practice Partners and Operations Leadership, sourcing candidates, and guiding negotiations with candidates to ensure timely hires.

The position offers a remote work schedule, requires strong communication and market knowledge, and emphasizes transparency in candidate activity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong interpersonal and account management skills.
• Experience with physician recruitment and ATS systems (Bullhorn) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the physician recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Develop and expand relationships with Practice Partners and Leadership.
• Source candidates via traditional and creative methods; conduct interviews.
