Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in healthcare analytics or a similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and analyzes Pharmacy budgets and variances.
• Creates reports, dashboards, and predictive models to drive financial and operational decisions.
• Provides data-driven insights across Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain.
• Ensures data quality and consistency in Pharmacy reporting and analytics.
• Leads process improvements and automation for ongoing analytic deliverables.
