Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Senior Business Analyst to build innovative analytic solutions for Pharmacy performance. You will partner with Pharmacy leadership to define requirements and deploy data-driven reports, dashboards, and predictive models that drive financial and operational results.

Collaborating with Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain, you will develop enterprise-aligned analytics, ensure data quality, and support strategic decisions.

Competenze

• 5 years of related experience in healthcare analytics, operational analysis, business analysis, finance analytics, or a related role.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, supply chain, or other healthcare operational setting is preferred.
• Ability to develop data-driven analytic solutions and dashboards.

Mansioni

• Develops and manages budgeting processes, forecasts, variances, and corrective actions for Pharmacy.
• Monitors financial performance: pharmaceutical expenses, revenue, and key drivers.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses, financial projections, and statistical models for stakeholders.
• Produces regular financial reports and presents results with drivers and impact.
• Identifies opportunities to improve revenue capture, billing accuracy, and reimbursements.
• Implements BI and analytics solutions, dashboards, and predictive models for decision-making.
• Ensures data quality and consistency across Pharmacy reporting and analytics.
