MoneyGram International is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead creative strategy and testing across Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Performance Max (PMax), collaborating with Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. The role covers multiple European and global markets, demanding hands-on budget management and rapid experimentation.

You will drive channel structure, bidding, and pacing, while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and monetization.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of hands-on paid search experience required.
• Strong track record in scaling campaigns across geographies.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, ASA, and UAC essential.
• Experience with high-velocity creative testing and AI-enabled optimization.

Mansioni

• Own creative strategy, testing, and velocity across UAC and PMax.
• Manage channel structure, targeting, bidding, and pacing with CAC/LTV focus.
• Lead high-cadence creative testing programs with weekly launches and hypothesis-driven tests.
• Track velocity, significance, and learnings; document across markets.
• Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations for improvement.
