Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Global Product Solutions Lead for Performance Max to drive the global strategy and roadmap. You will lead cross-functional projects across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, gTech and Marketing to bring market-ready solutions and ensure advertiser success.

You will motivate sellers and customers to invest in Performance Max campaigns, coordinate with regional teams, and travel to support roadshows and activations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
• Experience collaborating with product management or engineering teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and GTM teams to launch and scale new campaign features.
• Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
• Work across product management, regional sales teams, gTech and marketing to drive alignment on priorities and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for Performance Max.
• Lead cross-functional projects, across organizations and timezones, to execute on strategies.
• Travel globally, to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
