Job summary

Fingerprint is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own deployment, optimization and analytics across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X). You will partner with Growth Marketing, ABM and SEO to scale campaigns delivering measurable pipeline impact and ROI.

You’ll lead paid and organic media programs, manage a team, and work fully remotely from the United States. Salary ranges reflect geographic breadth and experience, with final offers location-driven.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of demand generation/performance marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
• Proven success managing $1M+ annual paid media budgets with measurable ROI.
• Hands on experience collaborating with RevOps and marketing ops to maintain clean data and reporting.
• Comfort with campaign experimentation, A/B testing and continuous optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn ads is required.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Vector, Salesforce, Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all paid advertising channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit and Youtube with a focus on Enterprise brand awareness & pipeline.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, ABM and SEO to optimize campaigns and drive incrementality.
• Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership on budget attainment and ROI.
• Partner with RevOps to refine attribution, tracking and data accuracy across systems.
• Develop daily optimization protocol across campaigns to improve CTR, CPL and ROAS.
• Build revenue attribution reporting including ABM attribution using platform APIs.
• Monitor budget pacing and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify new platforms, audiences and creative formats for growth.
• Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap with functional owners.
