Job summary

Let's Roam is seeking a remote intern to support a Senior Performance Marketing Manager — Meta Ads / Paid Social. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns, monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing concise reports with actionable insights. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to test ad messaging and audience segments,

Qualifications

• Ability to work with paid social platforms (especially Meta Ads), including basic campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make recommendations based on campaign results.
• Comfort collaborating with creative and marketing teams to shape ad copy, visual concepts, and A/B tests for paid social campaigns.
