You'll lead across paid social, run performance research, and collaborate with design, editing, and media buying to build testable, scalable creative systems. This role offers flexible hours and remote collaboration across global pods.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social.
• Strong ability interpreting performance data to guide creative direction.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts from insight to execution.
• Run performance-led research analyzing ad data, signals, and competitors.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in insights.
• Build hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems for ongoing testing.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, measurable.
• Partner with design, editing, and media buying for scalable testing.
• Translate data into concrete creative pivots and decisions.
• Mentor junior creatives to improve strategic thinking and execution.
• Present strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity.
• Stay current on platform changes and trends affecting results.
