You will craft performance-driven creative, analyze platform data, and translate insights into actionable creative decisions that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong comfort interpreting performance data to guide creative direction.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across paid social accounts from insight to iteration.
• Analyze ad data, creative signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in insights and platform mechanics.
• Build testing frameworks and messaging systems for scalable learning.
• Write performance-focused copy that is structured and measurable.
• Collaborate with design, editing, and media buying for testing and scale.
