Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes for a major US nutraceuticals brand. You will shape the creative approach, set standards, and help the brand grow while collaborating with large-scale clients.

You will own testing frameworks, write performance-focused copy, and mentor junior creatives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and guide creative direction.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative environments.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts from insights to execution and iteration.
• Analyze ad platform data, creative signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform mechanics.
• Build testing frameworks, messaging systems, and clear hypotheses for continuous learning.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.
• Collaborate with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creatives are test-ready and scalable.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative feedback into concrete creative pivots.
• Mentor junior creatives to sharpen strategic thinking and execution quality.
• Present creative strategy and performance rationale with clarity to clients.
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends impacting results.
