Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to own creative strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes for a major US nutraceuticals brand. You’ll shape our creative approach, set the standard for future work, and help the brand grow.

This role focuses on building performance-driven creative for paid social, translating data into testing frameworks, mentoring juniors, and presenting strategy to clients with clarity.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong comfort interpreting performance data and using it to guide creative direction and iteration.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts; from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
• Run performance-led research; analyze ad platform data, creative performance signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight, platform mechanics, and historical performance.
• Build clear creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems; not one-off ideas.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.
• Partner closely with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creative is built for testing, scale, and learning.
• Translate quantitative performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative decisions and pivots.
• Mentor junior creatives; sharpening their strategic thinking, analytical instincts, and execution quality.
• Present creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity, logic, and confidence.
• Stay current on platform changes, creative formats, and performance trends that materially impact results.
