Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to own creative strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes for a major US nutraceuticals brand. You’ll shape our creative approach, set the standard for future work, and help the brand grow.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, build testing frameworks, mentor juniors, and present strategy with clarity to clients, while staying ahead of platform changes that impact results.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing ability for short-form, digital-first content.
• Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into creative action.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative environments.
• Mentor junior creatives and raise overall quality.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts from insight through execution.
• Run performance-led research and analyze ad platform data to inform strategy.
• Develop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform mechanics.
• Build testing frameworks and messaging systems for scalable learning.
• Write and guide performance copy that is structured, purposeful, and measurable.
• Partner with design, editing, and media buying to ensure testable, scalable creative.
• Translate performance data and feedback into concrete creative pivots.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate strategic thinking and execution.
• Present creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Stay current on platform changes and performance trends affecting results.
