Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Sr. Performance Management Analyst to drive efficiency and profitability through advanced analytics, modeling, and cross-functional leadership.

You will collaborate with Supply and Trade leadership, front-office and back-office teams to deliver timely insights and robust performance reporting. The role emphasizes mentorship of junior analysts, development of best practices, and leadership on special projects within the Performance Management function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, and RightAngle data tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical work to identify expenditures and provide performance insights.
• Provide high-quality operational advice through financial modeling and data mining.
• Develop and document modeling structures; determine delivery using Power BI or Excel.
• Coordinate department input to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Mentor analysts and lead cross-training within Performance Management.
