Job summary

You will mentor schedulers, coordinate with Traders, Supply Chain, Terminals, and Refinery teams, and drive optimized inventories and schedules company-wide.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of transport markets and internal/external asset activities.
• Meticulous documentation practices and pipelines/routes/tariffs knowledge.
• Strong background with scheduling systems and platforms.
• Deep knowledge of refinery operations, product output, storage asset utilization, and crude markets.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear scope of work with internal/external contacts across the hydrocarbon supply chain.
• Forecast supply/demand, optimize inventories, and develop optimized movement schedules for transport modes.
• Develop & implement nominations aligned with internal/external customers and performance metrics.
