Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation seeks an FP&A Analytics & Technology Manager to lead automation, data solutions, and reporting architecture for finance. You will shape scalable Power Platform solutions, enhance data governance, and standardize KPI methodologies while partnering with IT, Risk, and business units to improve decision support.

The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, Alteryx, and GAAP-aligned reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of job-related experience.
• Advanced FP&A reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and financial modeling for management reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, DAX, dataflows, semantic models, Alteryx, SQL, and related automation tools.
• Knowledge of finance data architecture, data lakes, integrations, mapping, lineage, controls, access management, and reporting governance.
• Experience partnering with IT and business teams on systems integration, user testing, issue resolution, documentation, change management, and operational support.
• Familiarity with GAAP, ERP, ETRM, SAP, Oracle, EPM/FP&A platforms, MtM to GAAP, commodity risk, and financial reporting drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance automation, data solutions, BI, reporting architecture, and technology enablement across FP&A and enterprise financial reporting.
• Design and support Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI-enabled tools, Alteryx, SQL, and related financial reporting models.
• Consult on data models and deliver integrated, secure finance tech solutions with stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for finance data architecture, BI tools, KPI definitions, and data reliability.
• Strengthen data standards, governance, quality controls, mapping integrity, lineage, access controls, and reporting methodologies.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and reuse of datasets, apps, and workflows, with documentation.
