Job summary

CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV for a remote, 12-month assignment in the United States. You will guide moderately complex to complex projects from proposal through post-implementation, lead testing activities including UAT, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.

• Combined minimum of 5 years; higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing well documented functional specifications for assigned projects, test plans and test cases; conduct data research ensuring accurate functional design.
• Serve as functional lead on moderately complex projects; schedule and facilitate project team meetings.
• Meet with business clients to discuss requested application changes; ensure thorough understanding and document functional specifications.
• Coordinate estimates for moderately complex to complex projects including timelines and phases.
• Act as subject matter expert to advise on impact of enterprise-wide initiatives on applications.
• Work with vendors to understand project functionality and implementation.
• May act as Test Coordinator for large projects; document data mapping for integration and migrations.
• Prepare test plans and scripts in collaboration with other testing teams; verify changes and enhancements.
• Monitor specifications and change requests to stay within scope and regulatory requirements.
