• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with data migration focus.
• Experience with retirement industry or recordkeeping is highly preferred.
• Experience with source-to-target mapping and data transformations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to gather data migration requirements.
• Define source-to-target data mappings and transformation rules.
• Document data lineage, mappings, and data quality checks.
• Support migration planning, validation, and testing (UAT).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and liaise between business and technical teams.
