Intuit is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Processor to resolve payroll tax issues across notices, corrections and amendments. You will work with high-volume cases, mentor colleagues, and grow technical depth while maintaining accurate tax filings and timely responses.

The role requires hands-on experience with Form 941-X, W-2c, multi-state payroll taxes, and strong collaboration across teams. A CPP/FPC and knowledge of Salesforce are highly valued.

Competenze

• Hands-on payroll tax experience with focus on notice resolution, amended return prep, and payroll error correction across multiple states.
• Ability to read notices from IRS/state agencies and determine resolution paths.
• Experience preparing amended Federal/State payroll tax returns and managing multi-state compliance.

• Execute full-cycle payroll tax case work; audit outputs; manage filings and payments.
• Research and resolve complex State and Federal notices, owning cases end-to-end.
• Prepare written agency responses with documentation and meet deadlines.
• Prepare amended Form 941-X and state equivalents for complex amendments.
• Support payroll correction workflows; quantify tax impact and document audit trails.
• Manage personal WIP queue; prioritize by SLA and maintain case documentation.
• Analyze data trends to identify process or system deficiencies.
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates; share solutions.
• Collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, Pay & File and Tax Notice teams; seek coaching.
