Gosnaphop seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst to support a high-volume Workday payroll team during a critical year-end period. This remote role focuses on year-end preparation, reporting, audit support, and data analysis, with potential for off-cycle processing as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to navigate reconciliations and timely payroll issues in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Experience with off-cycle payroll checks and tax adjustments.
• Year-end payroll experience including W-2 preview and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Workday payroll reports, tasks, and EIBs.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience supporting payroll audits and ad hoc reports.
• G Suite familiarity including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
• Experience with ADP or OneSource Virtual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support year-end payroll preparation, balancing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Reconcile Workday payroll data to year-end documents including W-2 preview.
• Produce payroll reports and assist with audits.
• Enter off-cycle payroll checks and tax adjustments as needed.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing during staffing fluctuations.
• Pull and analyze Workday payroll reports and earnings/deduction detail.
• Support tax filing processes and local tax questions.
• Create and upload EIBs within Workday.
• Research payroll filing requirements and respond to notices.
• Collaborate with team to resolve payroll data discrepancies.
