Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent payroll experience.

Aufgaben

• Run end-to-end payroll processing for 10,000+ employees across 40 states and 6 FEINs.
• Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit and reconcile payroll data, tax filings, W-2s, and related documents.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to resolve payroll issues and improve processes.
• Test updates and changes in sandbox environments before production.
• Support ad hoc payroll projects and provide guidance to team members.
