You will lead payer engagement, build relationships with national payers, and guide contract and coverage initiatives. The role requires deep payer expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to operate in fast‑paced, launch‑driven environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of national commercial payer accounts and contract negotiations.
• Established relationships with key PBM, GPO, and payer decision-makers.
• Strong grasp of payer decision‑making, formulary management, and medical policy.
• Experience in launch environments with agility and strategic foresight.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement with national and large regional payers and PBMs.
• Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across payer organizations.
• Analyze coverage policies to anticipate payer needs and barriers.
• Educate payer stakeholders on unmet need, science, and value proposition.
• Identify barriers to access and drive formulary success and P&T readiness.
• Partner with Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Medical, and Regulatory to tailor payer materials.
