Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. You will manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments, translate data into actionable recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, retention, and growth through hands-on campaign management and effective communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact for clients.
• Lead bi-weekly calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage Calendly/Zapier workflows.
