Job summary

Kin Insurance in the United States is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate P&C product concepts into structured requirements for Engineering and Tech Product, spanning product, filings, endorsements, and state variations.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, lead UAT planning, and partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate, implementation-ready specifications before deployment. This remote-first role supports growth and impact across Kin’s evolving homeowner products.

Qualifications

Experience translating insurance product concepts (coverages, forms, endorsements, rating structures, eligibility rules, and state variations) into structured business and functional requirements for Engineering and Tech Product.

Responsibilities

Own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, coverage changes, forms, rating updates, and compliance requirements across multiple teams to define what needs to be built and ensure it ships correctly.
Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, business review, and beta-validation to confirm product changes are implemented correctly before broader release.
Document current-state processes and future-state workflows, and manage requirements changes throughout delivery.
