Job summary

Elite Tek Services, Inc. seeks a Senior P&C Claims Supervisor to lead a team handling complex commercial liability claims, including bodily injury, property damage, and significant litigation exposure. The role emphasizes technical oversight, staff development and client service.

The position is based in Houston with a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should have extensive complex casualty claims experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a claims lead or supervisory role.
• 8–10 years of complex or major casualty claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation management and complex coverage analysis.
• Understanding of jurisdictional statutes and regulatory requirements.
• People-management skills including coaching and hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with claims systems and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a unit of senior and complex claims examiners managing severe liability losses.
• Provide technical oversight across high-exposure Commercial Auto, General Liability and Professional Liability (E&O).
• Supervise investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlements within authority.
• Oversee litigation and coverage matters; guide reviews for carrier approval.
• Monitor reserves and conduct file reviews to support quality and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare quality, reserve and operational performance reporting; identify process improvements.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members; support succession planning.
