Nationwide is seeking an AVP of Pricing for its Property & Casualty division. You will lead the design and implementation of pricing strategies across designated P&C product lines, oversee the pricing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and innovation. Remote within the U.S.

with occasional travel to headquarters as needed. The role requires extensive pricing/actuarial experience, FCAS preferred, and a track record of strategic leadership

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate studies in actuarial science, business, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field with strong quantitative orientation.
• FCAS designation preferred.
• Typically, ten years related experience in pricing/actuarial/product with leadership background.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for P&C product lines aligned with business goals.
• Lead pricing team to achieve objectives like DWP, new writings, retention, and loss ratio.
• Oversee actuarial models and pricing tools; ensure robust data analysis for pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with product, finance, actuarial, and analytics leaders for cohesive pricing.
• Monitor profitability and address issues impacting pricing performance.
• Provide regular reports and pricing recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure pricing practices comply with regulatory requirements and manage filings.
• Oversee associate management including performance, salary planning, and development.
