Job summary

The role requires FCAS designation, strong actuarial and leadership experience, and proficiency in pricing models and data analytics. Remote work is available within the United States.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate studies in actuarial science, business, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field with strong quantitative orientation.
• License/Certification/Designation: FCAS designation preferred.
• Experience: Typically, ten years related experience (pricing, actuarial, product). Five years prior management experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Ability to develop multi-year strategic plans and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for specific P&C insurance product lines.
• Provide strategic direction to the pricing team to achieve product line objectives (DWP, new writings, retention, loss ratio).
• Oversee development and maintenance of actuarial models and pricing tools; analyze data to support decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders across product, finance, actuarial, analytics to align pricing strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and regulatory compliance for pricing activities.
