Qualifications

• FCAS designation or equivalent preferred.
• Ten years in pricing/actuarial in P&C with five years in management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for specific P&C products.
• Ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and market conditions.
• Lead pricing team to meet DWP, new writings, retention, and loss ratio targets.
• Oversee actuarial models and pricing tools; monitor model effectiveness.
• Provide regular pricing insights and financial impact analyses to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pricing regulations.
