Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Pricing Supervisor or Associate Manager to lead a analytics-driven pricing team within Commercial Lines Pricing. This remote role partners with Product Management, R&D, and Control to influence rate design and the rate revision process.

You will develop analysts, drive results, and ensure collaboration across functions. Requires strong analytical abilities and leadership experience; six years in P&C analytics and a finance/math background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field with 3+ years P&C experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rate design implementations, state rate indications, and rate revisions.
• Lead and mentor analysts to build pricing capabilities and business acumen.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and Control to influence pricing strategy.
• Influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a remote environment.
