Job summary

Maini Consulting seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead Oracle SCM Cloud solutioning and presales initiatives in a client-facing role. You will define end-to-end cloud SCM architectures, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive value for complex supply chain transformations.

Collaborating with sales, delivery, and Oracle consultants, you will guide proposals, oversee RFP responses, and mentor global teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale SCM transformation and presales engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings tailored to client business needs.
Design end-to-end SCM solutions aligned with client transformation goals and ensure scalability and best-practice adoption.
Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders, CIOs, Operations leaders, and stakeholders to translate requirements into cloud-enabled SCM solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
Work with sales, delivery, offshore teams, and Oracle consultants to develop winning strategies and aligned approaches.
Lead discovery workshops, roadmaps, and value assessments to position Oracle SCM Cloud as the transformation platform.
Own SCM responses for RFPs/RFIs and develop differentiated narratives highlighting business value.
