Job summary

Maini Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead SCM Cloud solutioning and presales initiatives. This client-facing leadership role requires deep SCM domain expertise, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management skills.

You will play a key role in defining, shaping, and delivering Oracle SCM Cloud solutions aligned with client supply chain transformation goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SCM transformation and presales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
• Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings tailored to client business needs.
• Design end-to-end SCM solutions aligned with client transformation goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and Oracle solution consultants to develop winning strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops, roadmap discussions, and value assessment sessions for SCM cloud transformations.
• Own SCM solution strategy and responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.
