Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM integrations engineer to design and develop integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, finance and compliance.

You will build secure data flows using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, HDL and OIC, optimize performance and ensure SOX/PII compliance, and leverage HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Oracle HCM integrations across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.
• Expert in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance.
• Build secure data flows using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, HDL, and OIC.
