Jobgether seeks a Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer in the United States to design, build, and maintain complex HR data exchanges across Oracle HCM Cloud modules and external systems. You will implement secure REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, Extracts, and middleware, while optimizing performance and ensuring SOX/compliance standards.

This remote-first role requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong SQL/PLSQL, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Time and Labor data structures.
• Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, query tuning, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on with HDL, Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and secure file transfers.
• Familiar with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and secrets management.
• Understanding of PII protection, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor developers and participate in design reviews, remote-friendly.
• Willingness for occasional client-site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
• Ensure data consistency across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, and Time and Labor modules.
• Write clean, scalable PL/SQL, SQL, Python, and Java code for transformations and automation.
• Build interfaces using HDL, Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs, secure transfers and OAuth/certificates.
• Optimize queries, integration jobs, and batch processing for high-volume data.
• Apply security and compliance best practices and maintain audit readiness.
• Develop documentation, data dictionaries, and runbooks; maintain version control.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to deliver scalable integrations.
• Mentor junior developers; participate in design reviews and promote best practices.
