Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations from a remote location, with eventual hybrid conversion.

This contract-to-hire role requires 10+ years in enterprise engineering, strong Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC expertise, and hands-on integration design, security, and architecture leadership. Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering, HCM integrations, or related experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and iPaaS platforms.
• Leadership in architecture with production support and incident management.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, CI/CD, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management best practices.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote consistent engineering standards.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira reporting.
