Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer to lead Oracle HCM integrations, guiding architecture and implementation across HR, payroll, and benefits systems. This remote-to-hybrid role requires strong Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC expertise.

You will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and QA processes, and collaborate with HR, Security, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant integrations. This contract-to-hire position offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to full‑time employment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise engineering, HR integrations, or HCM technology.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong API, iPaaS, and security knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Act as technical lead and escalation point for HCM‑related issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll systems, benefits platforms, retirement providers, equity and stock administration systems, identity and access management platforms, and enterprise business systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, testing oversight, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
• Establish best practices for CI/CD, source control, monitoring, documentation, automated testing, and release management.
• Develop runbooks, cross‑training plans, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and third‑party vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote consistent engineering standards and operational excellence.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, vendor management, and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira reporting.
