Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer specialized in Oracle HCM integrations to lead complex enterprise HR integrations and provide architecture oversight. The role involves hands-on work with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, HCM APIs, and related tooling, with a path to full-time conversion.

Remote to start with eventual hybrid work requirements; candidates must be within commuting distance of major hubs for on-site weeks. W2 contract with benefits including medical, dental, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering, HCM integrations, or related experience.
• Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM APIs, HDL/HSDL, and security models.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, and batch processing.
• Leadership in architecture, design reviews, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead for HCM integration issues and escalation handling.
• Architect integrations across payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide CI/CD, monitoring, testing oversight, and release management.
• Mentor engineers and align with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile rituals and Jira reporting.
