Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Oracle HCM integrations, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC. You will lead architecture, development, and production support across HR, payroll, and benefits. Hybrid work may be required after conversion, with initial remote work.

Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HDL/HSDL, security, and enterprise integration patterns is essential, along with leadership and Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise apps, HCM tech, or integrations.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Act as technical lead for HCM integration issues.
• Architect integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
