Eliassen Group seeks an Sr. Engineer for Oracle HCM integrations to lead Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC projects. The role demands hands-on integration work, architecture leadership, and collaboration across HR, payroll, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and HCM APIs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, SFTP, and batch processing.
• Leading or staff-level engineering with enterprise architecture experience.
• Production support, incident management and root cause analysis expertise.
• SDLC proficiency including CI/CD, testing, and Jira backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide reviews, testing oversight, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management best practices.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes and Jira reporting.
