Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations. The role provides architecture leadership, production support, engineering oversight, and operational continuity across HR, payroll, benefits, and enterprise platforms.

This contract-to-hire engagement starts remote with conversion to hybrid onsite later. Rate is $67.00–$77.00 per hour on a W-2 basis, with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company matching, and life

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application engineering or integrations.
• Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, HCM APIs, and HDL/HSDL.
• REST/SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, SFTP and event-driven integrations.
• Architecture, reviews, CI/CD, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead for HCM integration issues.
• Architect integrations with payroll, benefits, identity, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and production support.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer plans.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery.
• Participate in Agile, sprint planning, Jira reporting.
