Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations. Remote to start, with eventual hybrid onsite options in multiple cities.

The role provides architecture leadership, production support, and operational continuity across HR, payroll, benefits, and enterprise platforms. The candidate will own hands‑on work with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM APIs, and related tooling, while guiding CI/CD, security, and engineering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
• Deep expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with HCM APIs, HDL/HSDL, and security models.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Jira backlog management, and Agile.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM-related integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, testing oversight, deployment support.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, documentation, and release management.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, and Jira reporting.
