Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations for remote-start with hybrid onsite later, targeting conversion within six months. The role leads Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations, providing architecture leadership and production support across HR, payroll and benefits.

Must have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM APIs, and related workflows. Competitive W2 benefits and flexible on-site options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
• Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and HCM APIs.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations across payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and deployment support.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
