Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations or related field.
• Experience owning an annual operating plan or multi-quarter planning process.
• Ability to build executive-level presentations and strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan for the Support organization end to end.
• Model and test levers: headcount, vendor mix, cost-to-serve, and automation impact.
• Own the monthly/quarterly business review cadence with clear narratives.
• Build self-serve reporting frameworks for productivity, cost-to-serve, CSAT, and time to resolution.
• Partner with leaders on programs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Leverage AI tools for modeling, reporting, and narrative generation.
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles at scale.
